At the age of forty-seven and being 173 centimetres tall, he weighed 96 kilograms. As a free-lancing skilled trainer he was aware of his non-proportional body build. Adam's bread is a ready mixture based on almond flour, from which you can bake great, tasty and healthy bread without leaving your home. You can bake 600g-bread or 10 rolls out of one package, and preparing the dough will take you only 3 minutes.

The preparation is a child's play as the following pictures show.
Children and their mothers or grandmothers will have a lot of fun with it.
- Put the contents of a package into a bowl.
- Add yeast and mix it, you can also add different seeds like sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or other if you like, not more than 50g.
- Pour 330 ml (11 fl oz) lukewarm water (25-30°) but if you do not use yeast, pour lukewarm carbonated mineral water.
- Mix the ingredients for a few minutes to form a dough.
- Form a loaf or rolls and put on a baking tray covered with a nonstick baking sheet or oil.
- Cover the dough with a cloth and leave it in a warm place for about 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180?C, put the dough inside and bake it for about 50 minutes.
- Turn off the oven, open it and leave the bread inside for 15-25 minutes, then take the bread out and leave it to cool down. Do not cover it.
- Store the bread in a breadbox or covered with a cloth. ATTENTION! Do not keep the bread in a plastic bag.
Cooled down and sliced bread can be stored in a freezer. We can bake two breads at one time and save time and energy.
