MMR measles vaccine clinical trial results FAKED by Big Pharma - shocking U.S. court documents reveal all

MMR measles vaccine clinical trial results FAKED by Big Pharma - shocking U.S. court documents reveal all

(NaturalNews) While the vaccine industry is exploiting the Disneyland measles outbreak to call for widespread MMR vaccination, nobody in the mainstream media is telling you how the MMR vaccine clinical trial results were faked by Big Pharma in yet another example of runaway scientific fraud by the vaccine industry.

According to two Merck scientists who filed a False Claims Act complaint in 2010 -- a complaint which was unsealed three years ago -- vaccine manufacturer Merck knowingly falsified its mumps vaccine test data, spiked blood samples with animal antibodies, sold a vaccine that actually promoted mumps and measles outbreaks, and ripped off governments and consumers who bought the vaccine thinking it was "95% effective."

Natural News acquired that document years ago and maintains one of the very few copies in existence, as all "official" sources have tried to remove this document from human memory and bury the case.

Knowing falsified mumps vaccine tests to fabricate a 95% efficacy rate

According to Stephen Krahling and Joan Wlochowski, both former Merck virologists, the Merck company engaged in all the following behavior:

• Merck knowingly falsified its mumps vaccine test results to fabricate a "95% efficacy rate."

• In order to do this, Merck spiked the blood test with animal antibodies to artificially inflate the appearance of immune system antibodies. As reported in

Merck also added animal antibodies to blood samples to achieve more favorable testresults, though it knew that the human immune system would never produce such antibodies, and that the antibodies created a laboratory testing scenario that "did not in any way correspond to, correlate with, or represent real life ... virus neutralization in vaccinated people," according to the complaint. (

• Merck then used the falsified trial results to swindle the U.S. government out of "hundreds of millions of dollars for a vaccine that does not provide adequate immunization."

• Merck's vaccine fraud has actually contributed to the continuation of mumps across America, causing more children to become infected with mumps. Yes, the vaccine spreads disease, they say.

• Merck used its false claims of "95 percent effectiveness" to monopolize the vaccine market and eliminate possible competitors.

• The Merck vaccine fraud has been going on since the late 1990's, say the Merck virologists.

• Testing of Merck's vaccine was never done against "real-world" mumps viruses in the wild. Instead, test results were simply falsified to achieve the desired outcome.

• This entire fraud took place "with the knowledge, authority and approval of Merck's senior management."

• Merck scientists "witnessed firsthand the improper testing and data falsification in which Merck engaged to artificially inflate the vaccine's efficacy findings," according to court documents (see below).

US government chose to ignore the 2010 False Claims Act!

Rather than taking action on this false claims act, the U.S. government simply ignored it, thereby protecting Merck's market monopoly instead of properly serving justice. This demonstrates the conspiracy of fraud between the U.S. government, FDA regulators and the vaccine industry.

Chatom Primary Care sues Merck for Sherman Act monopolization, breach of warranty, violation of consumer protection laws

Following the unsealing of this 2010 False Claims Act, Chatom Primary Care, based in Alabama, smelled something rotten. In 2012, Chatom filed a lawsuit against Merck. That lawsuit record is also available on Natural News, where real medical history is archived in the public interest.

Click here to read the Chatom lawsuit document.

It alleges, among other shocking things:

[Merck engaged in] ...a decade-long scheme to falsify and misrepresent the true efficacy of its vaccine.

Merck fraudulently represented and continues to falsely represent in its labeling and elsewhere that its Mumps Vaccine has an efficacy rate of 95 percent of higher.

In reality, Merck knows and has taken affirmative steps to conceal -- by using improper testing techniques and falsifying test data -- that its Mumps Vaccine is, and has been since at least 1999, far less than 95 percent effective.

Merck designed a testing methodology that evaluated its vaccine against a less virulent strain of the mumps virus. After the results failed to yield Merck's desired efficacy, Merck abandoned the methodology and concealed the study's findings.

...incorporating the use of animal antibodies to artificially inflate the results...

...destroying evidence of the falsified data and then lying to an FDA investigator...

...threatened a virologist in Merck's vaccine division with jail if he reported the fraud to the FDA...

...the ultimate victims here are the millions of children who every year are being injected with a mumps vaccine that is not providing them with an adequate level of protection. And while this is a disease that, according to the Centers for Disease Control ('CDC'), was supposed to be eradicated by now, the failure in Merck's vaccine has allowed this disease to linger, with significant outbreaks continuing to occur.

Chatom Primary Care also alleges that the fraudulent Merck vaccine contributed to the 2006 mumps outbreak in the Midwest, and a 2009 outbreak elsewhere. It says, "there has remained a significant risk of a resurgence of mumps outbreaks..."

Mumps outbreak in vaccinated children

About the author:
February 13th 2017 in Mumps

Children who have been vaccinated against mumps are still getting the disease, say health officials in the US who are trying to understand the outbreak that has seen five times the usual number of cases occurring in the past year.

Most of the cases have been restricted to the state of Washington, where there have been 367 confirmed cases, mostly among vaccinated children. But the sudden increase is also being seen across the US, with 5,300 cases reported in 2016 compared to the thousand or so cases in the previous year.
Around 90 per cent of the children in Washington who've developed mumps were vaccinated, and had completed the recommended course, says Paul Throne, manager of the state's immunization programme.
Scientists reckon the virus may have mutated, and so the vaccine is no longer 'locking' into it. In any event, the MMR (measles-mumps-rubella) vaccine is only 88 per cent effective against the disease.
One problem is that doctors in the state don't know how to treat the disease as they've not seen any cases before.
Mumps spreads through droplets of water, or by sharing food and drink with an infected person. Infected people can spread the disease seven days before they show any symptoms, and for eight days after.
It can cause swelling of the salivary glands, along with fever, headache and tiredness. In rare cases, it can lead to meningitis.

Doctors Claim SSPE-Autism Disorder Caused by Common Measles Virus

Biologist Proves Measles Isn’t A Virus, Wins Supreme Court Case Against Doctor

Pro-Vaccine Doctors Claim SSPE-Autism Disorder Caused by Common Measles Virus

In an op-ed piece promoting vaccination among religious Jews, Dr. Alan Kadish and Dr. Edward Halperin make the astonishing claim thatSSPE/autism can be caused by the measles virus:
Opposition to vaccination on political and religious grounds has been swaying parents across the country to refuse immunizations for their children. Recently this has resulted in two of the largest measles outbreaks in New York’s history, impacting haredi Orthodox Jewish neighborhoods. The opposition to vaccines is not confined to the Jewish community, but represents part of an ill-informed nationwide movement opposed to vaccines.
As of last week there were 24 confirmed cases of measles in the Brooklyn neighborhoods of Williamsburg and Borough Park, and an additional 75 people in Rockland County had contracted measles as well. Additional cases are under investigation, and the number is expected to rise.
Childhood vaccines preserve health, prevent disease and save lives. Proper vaccination is an essential public health strategy and parents must be made aware of the scientific research on this critical issue.
Members of our faculty reported in the New England Journal of Medicine on the ability of the childhood viral disease mumps to spread rapidly among children in the close quarters of yeshiva study halls. Similarly, measles seems to thrive in these conditions…
…Measles may cause pregnant woman to give birth prematurely or to have a low-birth-weight baby. Subacute sclerosing panencephalitis (SSPE) is a rare fatal disease that results from a measles virus infection acquired earlier in life. SSPE generally develops seven to 10 years after a person has measles, even though the person seems to have fully recovered. The risk of developing SSPE may be higher for children who get measles before they are 2 years old.
Several Jewish legal authorities have weighed in on requiring children to have vaccines or allowing religious exemptions for school children to avoid vaccination. Recently, in response to the outbreak of measles in the United States and Israel, many have called for universal vaccination. However, there still appears to be some resistance to requiring universal vaccination. One Jewish legal opinion written three years ago justified refusing vaccines on the grounds that the risks of contracting measles were low. These medical “claims” were erroneous then and are erroneous now.
If you look in older editions of Harrison’s Principles of Internal Medicine from the 1970s and earlier, you will find that the description and symptoms ofsubacute sclerosing panencephalitis (SSPE) are virtually indistinguishable from what we call autism today.  Just like autism, SSPE affected young boys far more than girls; it first appeared at 2 years of age; and according toHarrison’s, its most likely cause was “vaccinia” or an adverse reaction to childhood vaccinations – see this article for more information.
So this op-ed piece completely contradicts what Harrison’s originally stated about SSPE, even going so far as to claim that it is now a “fatal” disease in order to scare parents into vaccinating their children with the very vaccine that causes autism.
The pro-vaccine propagandists had to make sure that people believed there was a real difference between autism and SSPE, even though their symptoms and disease progression were virtually identical, because medical researchers had already established that SSPE was caused by vaccines.  And once the autism epidemic went full-swing in the 1990s, Harrison’s quietly changed their definition of SSPE in later editions so that its connection to autism had plausible deniability.
Reality has gotten so inverted that medical doctors can now claim with a straight face that the measles virus actually causes SSPE/Autism when, in fact, it is the measles vaccine itself that is one of the primary culprits, a fact that was known over 40 years ago but has been cleverly hidden from the all-too-trusting public.

Biologist Proves Measles Isn’t A Virus, Wins Supreme Court Case Against Doctor

In a recent ruling, judges at the German Federal Supreme Court (BGH) confirmed that the measles virus does not exist. Furthermore, there is not a single scientific study in the world which could prove the existence of the virus in any scientific literature. This raises the question of what was actually injected into millions over the past few decades.
Not a single scientist, immunologist, infectious disease specialist or medical doctor has ever been able to establish a scientific foundation, not only for the vaccination of measles but any vaccination for infants, pregnant women, the elderly and even many adult subgroups.
The fact that many vaccines are ineffective is becoming increasingly apparent. Merck was slapped with two separate class action lawsuits contending they lied about the effectiveness of the mumps vaccine in their combination MMR shot, and fabricated efficacy studies to maintain the illusion for the past two decades that the vaccine is highly protective.
Studies such as one published in the Human and Experimental Toxicologyjournal found a direct statistical correlation between higher vaccine doses and infant mortality rates. The study, Infant mortality rates regressed against number of vaccine doses routinely given: Is there a biochemical or synergistic toxicity?, was conducted by Gary S. Goldman and Neil Z. Miller who has been studying the dangers of vaccines for 25 years.

MMR Vaccine

In the United States, children typically receive their mumps vaccination as part of the Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) vaccine. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) advises children to receive their first dose between 12 and 18 months, and their second between the ages of 4 and 6.
Evidence has been published in the medical literature that vaccinated persons can get measles because either they do not respond to the vaccine or the vaccine’s efficacy wanes over time and vaccinated mothers do not transfer long-lasting maternal antibodies to their infants to protect them in the first few months of life.
Brian Hooker’s published paper, is a comprehensive analysis of the CDC’s own data from 2003 revealing a 340% increased risk of autism in African-American children following the MMR vaccine.
Brian Hooker’s research in the Translational Neurodegeneration Journalprovides the most recent epidemiological evidence showing that African American males receiving the MMR vaccine prior to 24 months of age or 36 months of age are more likely to receive an autism diagnosis.
Whistleblower Dr. William Thompson confirmed that “the CDC knew about the relationship between the age of first MMR vaccine and autism incidence in African-American boys as early as 2003, but chose to cover it up.” He remarked “we’ve missed ten years of research because the CDC is so paralyzed right now by anything related to autism. They’re not doing what they should be doing because they’re afraid to look for things that might be associated.” He alleges criminal wrongdoing by his supervisors, and he expressed deep regret about his role in helping the CDC hide data.

Measles Virus Does Not Exist

German biologist Dr. Stefan Lanka initially offered 100,000 euros to anyone who could provide scientific evidence that the measles virus existed. He had initially been ordered to pay up in court after Doctor David Bardens attempted to claim the prize after providing the biologist with a study that had been published in a medical journal. At that time, a Judge in the regional court in Ravensburg, South Germany, ruled in the favour of Dr. Bardens in a controversial decision claiming the criteria for evidence had been met.
The First Civil Senate of the BGH confirmed a judgment by the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart (OLG) on in February 2016. The sum of 100,000 euros which was offered as a reward for scientific proof of the existence of the alleged measles virus did have to be paid to the plaintiff. The plaintiff also was ordered to bear all procedural costs.
Five experts have been involved in the case and presented the results of scientific studies. All five experts, including Prof. Dr. Dr. Andreas Podbielski who had been appointed by the OLG Stuttgart as the preceding court, have consistently found that none of the six publications which have been introduced to the trial, contains scientific proof of the existence of the alleged measles virus.
In the trial, the results of research into so-called genetic fingerprints of alleged measles virus have been introduced. Two recognised laboratories, including the world’s largest and leading genetic Institute, arrived at exactly the same results independently. The results prove that the authors of the six publications in the measles virus case were wrong, and as a direct result all measles virologists are still wrong today: They have misinterpreted ordinary constituents of cells as part of the suspected measles virus.
Because of this error, during decades of consensus building process, normal cell constituents were mentally assembled into a model of a measles virus. To this day, an actual structure that corresponds to this model has been found neither in a human, nor in an animal. With the results of the genetic tests, all thesis of existence of measles virus has been scientifically disproved.
The authors of the six publications and all other persons involved, did not realise the error because they violated the fundamental scientific duty, which is the need to work “lege artis”, i.e. in accordance with internationally defined rules and best practice of science. They did not carry out any control experiments. Control experiments would have protected authors and mankind from this momentous error. This error became the basis of belief in the existence of any disease-causing viruses. The expert appointed by the court, Prof. Dr. Dr. Podbielski, answering to the relevant question by the court, as per page 7 of the protocol explicitly confirmed that the authors did not conduct any control experiments.
The OLG Stuttgart overturned the judgment of the court of first instance, dismissed the action and referred, inter alia, to the central message of Prof. Podbielski with respect to the six publications. The plaintiff filed an appeal against the judgment of the OLG to the Supreme Court. As reason he stated his subjective, yet factually false perception of the trial sequence at the court in Stuttgart, and the assertion that our naming of facts about measles posed a threat to public health. The plaintiff’s position was rejected by the Supreme Court in plain words. Thus, the Supreme Court confirmed the judgment of the OLG Stuttgart from February 16, 2016.
The six publications submitted in the trial are the main relevant publications on the subject of “measles virus.” Since further to these six publications there not any other publications which would attempt by scientific methods to prove the existence of the measles virus, the Supreme Court judgment in the measles virus trial and the results of the genetic tests have consequences: Any national and international statements on the alleged measles virus, the infectivity of measles, and on the benefit and safety of vaccination against measles, are since then of no scientific character and have thus been deprived of their legal basis.
Upon enquiries which had been triggered by the measles virus contest, the head of the National Reference Institute for Measles at the Robert Koch Institute (RKI), Prof. Dr. Annette Mankertz, admitted an important fact. This admission may explain the increased rate of vaccination-induced disabilities, namely of vaccination against measles, and why and how specifically this kind of vaccination seems to increasingly trigger autism.
Prof. Mankertz has admitted that the “measles virus” contains typical cell’s natural components (ribosomes, the protein factories of the cell). Since the vaccination against measles contains whole “whole measles virus”, this vaccine contains cell’s own structures. This explains why vaccination against measles causes frequent and more severe allergies and autoimmune reactions than other types of vaccination. The court expert Prof. Podbielski stated on several occasions that by the assertion of the RKI with regard to ribosomes in the measles virus, the thesis of existence of measles virus has been falsified.
In the trial it was also put on record that the highest German scientific authority in the field of infectious diseases, the RKI, contrary to its legal remit as per 4 Infection Protection Act (IfSG), has failed to create tests for alleged measles virus and to publish these. The RKI claims that it made internal studies on measles virus, however refuses to hand over or publish the results.

Help Stop Forced Vaccinations and California Bill SB277

When the Disneyland California measles outbreak occurred, the media reported this to the public as if the US were on the verge of the next bubonic plague. But, according to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), there were a total of 169 measles cases in 20 different states during the widely sensationalized outbreak.

That’s about 1 case for every 2 million people.
Not one person died, and there were no reports of serious complications from the illness.
In fact, the U.S. hasn’t seen a death from the measles in over 12 years, since 2003.
However, the real epidemic sweeping across America right now is the recent slate of legislative bills designed to remove philosophical and religious exemptions to vaccinations with approximately 110 bills introduced in 36 states so far.
If these bills were to become laws, they would literally force parents to vaccinate their children with products containing known carcinogens and other toxins, denying them their rights to parental choice regarding medical procedures with known risks.
A False Crisis
In an apparent response to a false crisis, California Senators Richard Pan and Ben Allen have introduced Senate Bill 277 (SB 277), legislation that requires all children to obtain every vaccine on the CDC schedule as a precondition for attending school in California. This is a suspect approach to a perceived “problem,” as the state of California currently has immunization rates at or above the national average.
In fact, over the past year, the number of personal belief exemptions has decreased due to another bill Senator Pan authored in 2012, AB2109. This bill made it more difficult to get a personal belief exemption by requiring parents to meet with a medical doctor if they chose to opt out of vaccines prior to enrolling their children in school.
California currently claims a 96.1% vaccination rate for the Measles, Mumps, and Rubella vaccine, (MMR) which exceeds the rate the CDC claims is necessary to protect the population. Despite decreasing exemptions and higher vaccination rates, Senator Pan continues to blame unvaccinated school children for recurring episodes, even after the CDC reported the recent outbreak was most likely “imported” from someone visiting California from another country.
Vaccinations and Injury
Plenty of parents who see their parental rights threatened by this bill are upset. Their argument is that the vaccines are not proven to be as safe and effective as the CDC claims, and they’ve got some weight behind that argument.
The Institute of Medicine states that “No vaccine is perfectly safe or effective, and vaccines may lead to serious adverse effects in some instances.” The U. S. Supreme Court ruled vaccines “unavoidably unsafe” and established the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) in 1986 – which while making pharmaceutical companies immune from any and all liability, also makes clear that people are routinely injured by vaccines and eligible for compensation. In fact, Federal courts have awarded approximately 3.5 BILLION dollars to victims of vaccine injury!
And the very existence of the Vaccine Adverse Reporting System (VAERS) stands as a testimony to the inherently unsafe nature of vaccines. Thirty thousand (30,000) vaccine reactions have been reported, and up to 4,000 of these vaccine injuries reported each year are severe side effects that lead to hospital stays, lifelong disability, and death.
Parents vs. Government: Who Really Knows Best?
When it comes to vaccinations, who should call the shots? Some parents believe it is they who have that right and are angry with a government that is forcing toxic substances on their children, particularly since there is no actual health emergency in the US. Those who object to SB277 and other mandatory vaccination laws believe the bills are unconstitutional and a violation of their rights to life and liberty.
But it certainly doesn’t mean that these parents aren’t concerned for the health of their children.
It is quite the contrary!
The ever growing vaccine schedule, which has more than tripled in the last 20 years, has coincided with increased diagnoses among America’s youth for autism, learning disabilities and chronic illness – not to mention cancer, which has taken its place as the leading cause of death by disease in children beyond infancy.
What might be the links between vaccines and cancer?
The CDC hasn’t given us any hard evidence, but the exponential increase in childhood cancers has coincided with the explosion of vaccinations in this country. Vaccines are not tested for carcinogenic effects, but with many containing known neurotoxins like aluminum and mercury, why aren’t they? And if carcinogens in foods can lead to cancer, why wouldn’t injecting carcinogens directly into the bloodstream?
Maybe there’s something the CDC isn’t telling us!
As concerned as these parents are about the inherent risks of vaccinations, they are equally in favor of pursuing natural means of disease prevention and establishing foundations for lifelong health – without the added burdens of toxins being injected into their children. Mostly, these parents are in favor of having the right to make these decisions for their children, and not having to comply with government mandates that would put their children at risk.
