This occurred after he was appointed Papal Nuncio to Canada in 2001 by convicted criminal and Ninth Circle leader Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger.
As part of this counter attack, a broad public disinformation campaign has been launched by the Vatican’s “Holy Alliance” espionage service to discredit and misrepresent our actions while searching for the identity of our action unit members and those who assist them.
The Alliance’s standard method of exposing and then eliminating our action unit members involves pressuring ITCCS workers to divulge their identities and disclose other confidential information by bringing a contrived “public pressure” to bear demanding “proof” of the truth of the ITCCS reports. Concerned internet and media investigators thereby become the unwitting tools of the Vatican death squads, by pressuring ITCCS to disclose evidence prematurely.
People do not seem to understand the nature of our enemy. But they must understand our nature: we are a front line army of action, not a rear echelon debating society worried about our public image.

In response to these counter attacks, ITCCS and its direct action units are imposing a new and more strict control over the flow of information in our hands. We are limiting access to our evidence to accredited individuals and groups under our supervision, rather than to the general public. Such a restriction is needed to guarantee the safety and effectiveness of our action units, and the lives of the innocent.
The Directorate has summarized this new approach in the following statement:
B. Governing Protocol on Direct Actions
1. The purpose of the ITCCS Direct Action Unit (DAU) is twofold: to rescue the lives of children and to arrest and prosecute any person or group that harms or threatens to harm them, as well as those who aid or abet such crimes.
2. The DAU is operated under the authority of a local Commander who is directly responsible to the ITCCS Central Directorate.
3. The DAU is self-reliant and operates as an independent force but seeks assistance from trained and credible local police officers in its actions.
4. Besides detaining suspects and freeing children, the DAU shall record and gather all evidence required to prosecute suspects and shall never surrender such evidence to any other agency or individual. This evidence shall be kept in the possession of the Unit Commander as an independent record of events until surrendered by him to the ITCCS internal archives.
5. DAU members shall never disclose the details of their work or of their discoveries to any individual, agency or media outside the ITCCS. The ITCCS Central Directorate alone is responsible for disseminating information on the DAU, its actions and evidence to the public, media and other agencies.
6. Failure by any DAU member to abide by this Protocol shall result in his or her immediate expulsion.
7. The ITCCS Central Directorate shall govern its media releases and public sharing of evidence according to the priorities outlined in the two-fold DAU mandate: the rescue of children and the arrest and prosecution of the guilty. All other considerations are subordinate to these goals, including the need to educate the public, reply to questions or challengers or explain our actions to the world. We recognize that we are engaged in a war against a more powerful adversary and therefore as a guerrilla force must rely on the skills of secrecy, surprise and deception to outmaneuver and disrupt that enemy. Such unpredictability and secrecy is our main weapon and is compromised by a “public relations, information sharing” approach to the rest of the world.
8. Accordingly, the Directorate shall not release the names or identities of any of the detained suspects, the children rescued, the DAU members or the responsible ITCCS field agents until the effective legal prosecution of the guilty and the safety of our agents and the children is assured and guaranteed. Neither shall any of the evidence recovered by the DAU, the location of the cult sites or any related information be shared publicly except in a court of common law or in another medium approved by the Directorate, such as an ITCCS sponsored press conference.
9. That said, such evidence and information can and will be shared to individuals and groups that have been pre-screened and authorized by the Directorate, including media groups. Such pre-screened persons must undergo interrogation and briefing by accredited ITCCS officers before they can be cleared to receive such information.

Popes, Vatican satanic cult Ninth Circle exposed, going to court
“A witness claimed they saw former Popes Joseph Ratzinger and John Paul II participate in Vatican satanic cult rituals known as the Ninth Circle, that torture andmurder children” George Dufort of a Brussels international court announced yesterday. “According to a deposition filed in court last week by a former member of the Ninth Circle, the cult practices at Catholic cathedrals and a forest grove in France.”
“That makes three eyewitnesses who say former Pope Joseph Ratzinger was present during ritual torture and murder of children as part of a cult known as the Ninth Circle” Kevin Annett of the ITCCS confirmed today in our phone interview. “Murder rituals evidently took place in 1987 and 2002 at locations in France and Holland.”
Last week the Brussels Court received Vaticandocuments dated Dec. 25 1967 that say before each new pope assumes office it’s mandatory that they participate in Ninth Circle rites. The documents referred to ceremonial murder of newborn children and consumption of their blood in rites referred to as “The Magisterial Privilege.”
Three days ago Francesco Zanardi of the ITCCS affiliate Rete L’Abuso in Savona, Italy said, “Ratzinger retains power at the Vatican. We know from several Cardinals that Pope Francis is a caretaker figurehead who is not actually the Pope. It’s all been a huge deception. Francis doesn’t wear the papal ring and lives in a convent in Rome, not in the Vatican. He is given no official security and wanders about like a private individual. He makes policy statements which the Curia of Cardinals then disavow, saying Francis doesn’t reflect church doctrine. The top appointments have been Germans or those connected to Ratzinger who continues to speak to reporters like he’s still the Pope.”
According to witnesses testifying at the international court trial, the former Pope Ratzinger has been a member of Ninth Circle, also known as the Corona Novem or Crown, since at least 1962.
“I saw Pope Emeritus Joseph Ratzinger murder a little girl″ stated another witness on Oct. 28 2013. “It was at a French chateau in the fall of 1987. It was ugly, horrible and didn’t happen just once. Ratzinger, Dutch Cardinal Alfrink and Prince Bernhard were some of the more prominent men who took part.”
The allegations confirmed what Dutch therapist and witness Toos Nijenhuis told Annett a few months prior. Toos claimed that as a child she also was forced to witness child murders that involved Ratzinger, Alfrink and Bernhard.
Two child abuse survivors reported attending child murder rites in the catacombs beneath the Vatican. At the tender age of 12 “Svali” of San Diego County said she was taken into the catacombs beneath the Vatican to witness the sacrifice of a 3-4 year-old drugged boy. In this video her interviewer responded that 24 years prior, a “Maria” also claimed to have witnessed a satanic murder rite in the Vatican Catacombs.
If the international court finds the popes and Vatican guilty of child exploitation, it might explain why the Vatican has made such an effort to cover up Catholic priest and nun child abuse.
As of Nov 12 2013 and with an estimated 10 per cent of victims reporting, there were a documented 10,077,574 survivors of Catholic abuse across the globe.
With Catholic authorities refusing to cooperate with investigations and settling a few cases out of court, only a handful of Catholic Church perpetrators have seen the inside of a jail cell.
As of Nov 12 2013 and with an estimated 10 per cent of victims reporting, there were a documented 10,077,574 survivors of Catholic abuse across the globe.

“It’s tragic that children are abused by those who should have their trust. Abuse is such a betrayal” said Tim Lennon of the US Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests (SNAP). “The high and mighty re-abuse by their denials, delaying tactics, ignorance and culpable criminal cover-ups. We can raise our voice and write letters to the editors, write comments on news stories and support survivors who speak out.”
The new evidence for the Brussels court has been translated from Latin and entered into case records of the Citizen Prosecutors Office.
The international court convenes March 31 to consider Vatican international child trafficking charges against the present Catholic Pope Francis, Jesuit Superior General Aldolfo Pachon, Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby and former Pope Joseph Ratzinger.
