The announcement came today as the deadline to respond to a Common Law Court Summons lapsed on Tuesday without any communication from the primary defendants:
Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, Jesuit Superior General Adolfo Pachon, and Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby.
“Their silence is very telling and extremely important legally” said Court Secretary George Dufort from Brussels.
“Our Prosecutor's Office has the power now to proceed with its case and waive the normal examination procedure, since the defendants are not disputing the charges and are thereby tacitly admitting their guilt. The Court Magistrates will enter a plea of nolo contendere by the defendants into the court record and have every right to rule against them in their absence.” This startling development occurred as even more shocking news surfaced today in Rome that the allegedly former Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger, actually retains power at the Vatican, and that since at least 1962 has been a member of a child abuse cult known as the Corona Novem, or The Ninth Circle (or Crown).

And all the top appointments have been Germans or those connected to Ratzinger, who continues to speak to reporters like he's still the Pope.” Meanwhile, a former member of a child abuse cult known as The Ninth Circle has stated in a deposition that Joseph Ratzinger has been a member of the Circle since at least 1962, and as such has routinely participated in the ritual rape, torture and killing of children.

The Court has also received evidence that the Ninth Circle cult is referred to in Vatican documents which describe how the participation of every new Pope in the Ninth Circle cult is mandatory for their assumption of office. The alleged documents refer to the cultic rituals as “The Magisterial Privilege” that involves the ceremonial killing of newborn children and the consumption of their blood at Circle rituals. The alleged document is translated from Latin and is dated December 25, 1967. This new evidence has been entered into the case records of the Citizen Prosecutors Office of the Court.

A former civil servant in the Argentine military junta who is living in exile in Spain claims that Pope Francis engineered the kidnapping and trafficking of children of political prisoners during the Dirty War of the 1970’s.

“This guy is genuine and has many names and dates, and notes from meetings. Apparently, Bergoglio was promised the top spot in the Argentine church if he cooperated with the junta. So it’s small wonder that as the Pope, he’s made it harder for honest Catholics to report child abuse, considering his own complicity.”
In related news, a Vatican source claims that former Pope Benedict (Joseph Ratzinger) secured an agreement with Queen Elizabeth as head of the Church of England to conceal child rape in that body by adopting the provisions of the canon law “Crimen Sollicitationas”.
The agreement was made at Holyrood Castle in Edinburgh on September 16, 2010, during the Pope’s unprecedented visit to England that month, the first such visit in papal history.
The adoption of the notorious law by Queen Elizabeth was one of the conditions for the absorption of the Anglican church back into the Church of Rome. It compels all Anglican clergy to subvert the laws of their own countries by protecting child rapists in their ranks, silencing victims and not telling the police of the crime.
The cancellation of Queen Elizabeth’s novel trip to the Vatican in March, 2013 soon after the appointment of Jorge Bergoglio as Pope Francis 1 was connected to the new Pope’s concerns that the Holyrood agreement might surface.

In response to these latest revelations, the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels is actively proceeding with its next major case, in which its Prosecutors’ Office will seek the prosecution of Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, on a charge of criminal conspiracy and aiding and abetting human trafficking.
The Court will issue its first Statement of Claim and Summonses no later than March 30, 2014.
The same Court issued a Legal Declaration on August 4, 2013, naming the Crown of England and the Roman Catholic Church as Transnational Criminal bodies under international law.
Further consequences of these facts will be disclosed this Friday, February 7 at a special press conference convened by ITCCS Field Secretary Kevin Annett, commencing at 11 am outside the Canadian consulate at 1251 Avenue of the Americas in New York City.

Outside the Canadian consulate in midtown Manhattan today, ITCCS Field Secretary Rev. Kevin Annett rebuked the United Nations for its “toothless” statement on Vatican crimes against children, and announced the launch of a new international court case against institutionalized child trafficking.
Annett said,
“If the United Nations had have been serious about combating the organized rape and trafficking of children that is allowed and encouraged by catholic canon law, it would have treated the Vatican as the criminal organization that it is, by revoking the diplomatic status of the Vatican at the United Nations and barring its representation on U.N. Committees.
“It would have encouraged all nations to nullify their tax exemptions to the catholic church and revoked the financial concordats that unlawfully funnel billions of dollars of tax payers’ money to the Vatican Bank. And it would have declared the Vatican incorporated to be a transnational criminal organization under the U.N. Convention by that name, and brought civil court action against all known child raping priests, and the high church officials who protect them.
“But the United Nations did none of that, and it has thereby enabled the church to continue its reign of terror against not tens of thousands of children, as the UN statement claims, but against millions of innocent little victims, and millions of victims to be … And so it is now up to the people of the world through their lawful common law courts and enforcement, to directly stop the crimes of the Vatican.”
Annett announced that the same Common Law Court of Justice that successfully prosecuted former Pope Benedict and compelled his resignation will now try Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, for crimes against humanity.
Bergoglio will be named as the chief defendant in the case that will be initiated in the International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ) in Brussels by March 31, 2014. Top officials of the Jesuit Order and the Crown of England are also named in the court action.
In a startling news announcement last Monday, Jorge Bergoglio has been named by a former member of the Argentine military junta of organizing the trafficking of kidnapped children of political prisoners during that country’s Dirty War of the 1970′s, in which over 30,000 people died. Witnesses testify to Ratzinger child rape and murder

The Vatican, Jesuits and Church of England were charged March 4 with child trafficking and criminal conspiracy charges which they refuse to deny or contest. Defendants listed specifically in the case include Jorge Bergoglio, Jesuit Superior general Adolfo Pachon, and Justin Welby, Archbishop of Canterbury.

The political tide has shifted against the church, and it’s no longer possible for child killers in robes to hide behind the Lateran Treaty. And in its death throes, the church hierarchy is using its usual methods of lies and misinformation to shift the focus off its own criminal guilt.

The name, "Ninth Circle" most likely refers to Dante's circles of hell, (1) the ninth circle being the closest to hell.
A former member of The Ninth Circle stated in a deposition that Joseph Ratzinger has been a member of the Circle since at least 1962, and as such, has routinely participated in the ritual rape, torture and killing of children.
May 8, 2013, ITCCS posted an exclusive interview of Toos Nijenhuis (2) of Holland, in which she named several of the cult participants. According to Nijenhuis she watched as, children were routinely kidnapped, drugged, raped, tortured, hunted down and murdered in ritualized events. Nijenhuis also identified at least one field in southern Holland where such ritual murders and burials occurred as recently as 2010.
October 7, 2013, another witness came forward to confirm Nijenhuis's allegations, describing ritual rape, torture, and murder of children as young as five years old. These were held, the witnesses claim, at private estates in Holland and France (de Rothschild?).
According to an October 14 ITCCS report, named in the second witness's statement were "two Catholic Cardinals, a French judge, Belgian priests and member of the Dutch and British Royal families."
This new witness confirms the account of Toos Nijenhuis, a Dutch woman who went public on May 8 with her eyewitness account of similar crimes involving Ratzinger, Alfrink and Bernhard.

In addition, both Wojtyla, and Ratzinger, have been incriminated by a witness as participants at Ninth Circle rituals held at Catholic cathedrals and a forest grove in France.
This second witness's testimony has compelled Italian politicians to agree to work with ITCCS in its criminal action against Bergoglio, for his sheltering of Ratzinger and his own complicity in war crimes.
“We are looking at revising if not abolishing our country’s Lateran Treaty (4) with the Vatican, whose actions in harboring child rapists certainly meet the definition of a Transnational Criminal Organization under international law,” stated a spokesman for one of the politicians.
Queen Elizabeth, along with Justin Welby, is accused of involvement in the kidnapping and death of aboriginal children in Canada, as well as routine participation in Ninth Circle rituals at the Mohawk school.
Witnesses to these rituals tell of observing nine figures in red robes, gathered about an altar in a sub-basement catacomb under the west wing of the Mohawk Indian school.
A young Mohawk girl aged five or six was bound and gagged on the altar, repeatedly raped by all participants, and then killed and disemboweled and dismembered with a ceremonial knife, and her blood was consumed by the nine. The remains of the corpse were then burned and buried in secret in the woods immediately west of the school building.
(This is eerily similar to Arizona Wilder's description of the Reptilian blood rituals.)

An October 10, 2013 post on the ITCCS (6) website quoted an insider in a Dublin diocese who claimed that Archbishop Diarmuid Martin (7) of Ireland authorized a "dirty ops" campaign to sabotage ITCCS activities, along with anyone else who attempts to expose child trafficking in the Catholic Church.
This includes, the post goes on to say, "smearing and spreading lies and disinformation about Rev. Kevin Annett and other ITCCS leaders to the media and the Garda, Ireland’s national police force, and attempting to falsely brand ITCCS as a terrorist group tied to the so-called 'Freemen on the Land' movement."
The source claims that detailed instructions were given in a memo from Martin to a Father Damien at the pro-Cathedral. Martin is also paying, the source revealed, bribes to encourage protestors to change sides. Partnering with Martin in these attacks is André Dupuy, (8) Papal Nuncio to Holland.

Bergoglio and Pachon have also been accused of conspiring to conceal or destroy evidence, obstruct justice, and publicly discredit the ITCCS and Kevin Annett. Misinformation is being disseminated through the government-owned media and eyewitnesses and Mohawk elders are being threatened.
As the Vatican and the Queen Mum become more desperate, and subtlety doesn't appear to be working. Bergoglio and Elizabeth Windsor have upped their game. In January of this year, Wembley police arrested the wife of David Compan, a strong supporter of exposing child trafficking.
Police attempts to detain Compan in a mental hospital failed, so they went after his wife in order to make him surrender. (Kidnapping?)
On October 20, 2013, ITCCS's television website was seized and subverted. Sources in Rome report that these activities were funded by the "Holy Allliance," (a/k/a "The Entity") and the Vatican "dirty ops" bureau: Sodalitium Pianum, which was established in 1913 in Rome.

On April 3, two sheriffs (11) attempted to arrest Queen Elizabeth while she was in Rome, identifying her as a fugitive from justice. When the sheriffs arrived at President Napolitano's Presidential Palace in Rome, they were told that the meeting had been moved to "an undisclosed location."

Knowing that the queen was due to meet up with Bergoglio later that day, the sheriffs proceeded to the Vatican. Bergoglio, however, was hiding like one of the scared little girls whom he handed over to traffickers, and sent out a "sizable" security force to protect himself.
We presented the Arrest Warrant to the Captain in charge of the National Police and informed him of our intent to enforce the Court Order and asked for his assistance in this legal procedure. The Captain would not agree to do so and refused to identify himself. He told us we would be placed under arrest if we tried to perform the arrest or “threaten the Pope” in any way. Several policemen then seized our video camera and roughly escorted us from the area. Our camera was not returned to us. We have lodged a formal complaint with the National Police.
In their report, the sheriffs suggested that "greater force" be used in the next attempt and the use of "better intelligence."

Two adolescent women told the ICLCJ Court that Pope Francis raped them while participating in child sacrifices. Eight other eyewitnesses confirmed their allegations of being witness to rape and child sacrifices. The Ninth Circle Satanic Cult were said to take place during the Springs of 2009 and 2010 in rural Holland and Belgium.
Pope Francis was also found to be a perpetrator in satanic child sacrifice rites while acting as an Argentine priest and Bishop according to a sealed document obtained from the Vatican archives. A second record dated Dec. 25 1967 called the Magisterial Privilege was said to show that every new Pope was required to participate in Ninth Circle Satanic Cult ritual sacrifices of newborn children, including drinking their blood. The documents were presented to the ICLCJ Court by a prominent Vatican official and a former Vatican Curia employee.
Last month an investigator for the Irish Garda Police Force testified before the five judges and 27 jury members that marks on the bones of nearly 796 children found in an Irish Roman Catholic Nun septic tank indicated they had been ritually killed. The witness testified that forensic experts had confirmed the decapitation and dismemberment of the babies in the mass grave resembled the usual signs of ritualistic murder or child sacrifice.
A BBC documentary exposed a fifty-year scandal of child trafficking by the Catholic church in Spain. Over 300,000 babies were stolen from their parents up to the 1990s. Mothers were told their babies died and were buried in mass graves. The Catholic Church was said to have made $20 billion dollars on the adoptions.
Another witness testified that they were present during Pope Francis’ meetings with the military Junta during Argentine’s 1970′s Dirty War. According to the witness, Pope Francis helped traffic 30,000 children of missing political prisoners into an international child exploitation ring run by an office at the Vatican.
An ABC News special hinted that the devil resided at the Vatican.
“Documents from Vatican secret archives presented to court clearly indicate that for centuries the Jesuits had a premeditated plan to ritually murder kidnapped newborn babies and then consume their blood,” the ICLCJ Court Chief Prosecutor told the five international judges and 27 jury members.
“The plan was born of a twisted notion to derive spiritual power from the lifeblood of the innocent, thereby assuring political stability of the Papacy in Rome. These acts are not only genocidal but systemic and institutionalized in nature. Since at least 1773, they appear to have been performed by the Roman Catholic Church, Jesuits and every Pope.”

An ongoing and permanent inquiry was organized to investigate and prosecute others involved in possible crimes uncovered at the ICLCJ Court. On September 1 2014 an inquiry was scheduled to begin entitled the Permanent Commission into Child Trafficking and Ritual Sacrifice. Further litigation was expected to follow.
The 48 eyewitnesses identified their perpetrators as Catholic Popes Francis Bergoglio, John Paul II and Joseph Ratzinger; Anglican, United Church of Canada and Catholic Church officials including Cardinals and Catholic Jesuit Superior General Adolfo Pachon; the UK’s Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip, Anglican Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby and High Court Justice Judge Fulford; in the Netherlands: Dutch and Belgian cardinals and royals including Dutch Crown Prince Alfrink Bernhard, King Hendrick, consort to Queen Wilhelmina of Holland, Queen Beatrix, her father and vice-Roy, Prince Johan Friso and his wife Mabel Wisse Smit, former ministers, the top man of the Dutch army force and the under secretary of the Raad van State; officials of the Canadian, Australian, UK and US military and governments including the USA’s CIA, plus prominent government ministers, judges, politicians and businessmen of the US, Belgium, Holland, Canada, Australia, France, Ireland and the UK.
Arrest warrants on People v. Bergoglio et all were issued on July 19 2014.
Court records would remain sealed for now according to yesterday’s ITCCS press release. The first ICLCJ Court regarded 50,000 missing Canadian native children.
The court ended in Feb. 2013 guilty verdicts for 40 global elites including Queen Elizabeth.

The 50,000 native children went missing from those Canadian and mainly Catholic-owned residential schools. Over 34 child mass grave sites have been identified at some of those 80 native residential schools across Canada. Since 2008 Queen Elizabeth and the Canadian Government have continuously refused ITCCS’s requests for excavation.
The possible reason was not surprising. Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip were convicted in the disappearance of ten native children from the Kamloops residential school in British Columbia on October 10 1964. Parents haven’t seen their children since. The litigation also appeared to result in Pope Ratzinger’s resignation. Evidence from those cases could be found in Kevin Annett’s “Hidden No Longer“.
