On September 30th, 2025 South Africa’s ambassador to France, Nkosinati Emmanuel Mthethwa, was allegedly assassinated on the orders of Tel Aviv for filing a lawsuit against the occupying Israel at the International Criminal Court.
It is reported that the ambassador fell to his death from the 22nd floor of a hotel in Paris.
His body was found in front of the hotel Police have searched the Bois-de-Boulogne area to investigate the ambassador’s death.
What would be very convenient for one government (Israel) to be labeled as suicide, and almost all other governments are urged to comply…
The Paris prosecutor’s office said the security window in the ambassador’s hotel room was broken into.
Mhethwa’s relatives have also ruled out suicide, citing signs of torture on the ambassador’s body.
The UN Human Rights Council’s Special Rapporteur for the Palestinian Territories and the judge who indicted Netanyahu have had their accounts frozen.
The Italian Francesca Albanese, the UN Human Rights Council’s Special Rapporteur for the Palestinian Territories, has had her bank accounts frozen after certifying for her office and publicly denouncing Israel’s ethnic cleansing and genocide in Gaza through an imposed famine and the destruction of infrastructure, healthcare workers, and journalists.
Hit by US sanctions last July, Albanese ended up on the “blacklist” managed by OFAC, the “Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List” (SDN List), the US Department of the Treasury’s office that monitors foreign assets and lists, without any cross-examination, individuals and entities subject to economic sanctions and restrictions imposed by the US government, such as asset freezes and bans on transactions with them.
Albanese—sanctioned after the publication of her report on the occupation of Palestinian territories, which “profits from the destruction of innocent lives”—was placed on that list alongside terrorists and money launderers.
This genocidal campaign defamed UNRWA and promoted ad hoc pseudo-humanitarian structures. In fact, when Israel alleged, without evidence, that UNRWA staff were involved in the events of October 7, 18 states immediately suspended funding, uncritically endorsing the Israeli version.
Although investigations proved the accusations baseless, the staff was subsequently fired.
Arnaud Bertrand informs us of a case similar to Albanese’s that occurred again in France in recent days.
Le Monde published a long article describing the hellish life of Nicolas Guillou, a French judge at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, due to US sanctions punishing him for authorizing arrest warrants against Netanyahu and Gallant for war crimes in Gaza.
Guillou’s daily existence has turned into a Kafkaesque nightmare.
He cannot: open or maintain accounts with Google, Amazon, Apple, or any other US company; book hotels (Expedia canceled his reservation in France just hours after he made it); make online purchases, as he cannot tell if the packaging is American; use major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and Amex are all American); access regular banking services, even with non-US banks, as banks around the world close sanctioned accounts; and carry out virtually any financial transaction.
He describes the situation as “economically prohibited in much of the planet,” including his home country, France, and where he works, the Netherlands.
This is the truly shocking part of all this: American financial institutions, can we call them Jewish? Or in this regime we aren’t allowed to do it?
Well, American financial institutions, in their pro-Zionist zeal, are punishing European citizens like Albanese and Guillou for doing his job in Europe by enforcing laws officially supported by Europe, at a European-based institution that Europe helped create and finance.
Not only is Europe doing essentially nothing to protect him, but it is actively enforcing American sanctions against its own citizens: European banks closing his accounts, European companies refusing him services, European institutions standing by while Washington destroys the life of a European judge on European soil.
Once again, in a normal world, European leaders and citizens should be absolutely outraged by this.
But we have so normalized the hollowing out of European sovereignty that the sight of a European citizen being financially executed on European soil for respecting European law is treated, at best, as an unpleasant technical complication in transatlantic relations.
