ER Editor: Here’s an update on the case involving Dutch Covid vaccine-injured plaintiffs (curiously a total of 17) bringing a lawsuit against a variety of well-known globalist names, as well as the Dutch government itself for what amounts to a ‘planned genocide’ as per the expert testimony. Part of the lawsuit involves, or at least should involve, a range of what we can only assume to be stunning expert testimony from a number of well-known names, such as Dr. Joseph Sansone, Katherine Watt, Sasha Latypova, Dr. Mike Yeadon and Catherine Austin Fitts.
A reminder that the defence has attempted to have this witness testimony prevented from being heard; an appeal was thus filed on September 15. Also, the main lawyer for the prosecution, Arno van Kessel, was allegedly held in custody for a 90-day period on some spurious charges just as the case was set to proceed in early July. Peter Stassen has replaced him.

Appeal in the application procedure – C/17/199273 / HA RK 25-17
On Monday, September 15, 2025, the day the “Coronavaccine Autumn 2025” program was launched in the Netherlands, an appeal was filed against the decision of the District Court of Northern Netherlands (Leeuwarden) of August 20, 2025.
Part of this appeal is an invocation of the doctrine of breaking the statutory prohibition on appealing in cases like this (the doctrine of breaking the ban on appeal). The notice of appeal explained that there was no fair trial in the proceedings at first instance within the meaning of Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).
The notice of appeal also includes a request for interim relief during the course of the proceedings, aimed at hearing the nominated experts in a public hearing with unhindered access for the public and journalists.
The urgent and significant public interest in the appeal and the requested relief was explained in an accompanying letter to the court and the defendants’ lawyers.
The appeal is supported by two extensive written statements from Sasha Latypova and Katherine Watt, accompanied by over a gigabyte of verifiable documents relating to their conclusions.
The applicants and their lawyer are convinced that the conclusions of Latypova and Watt cannot be rebutted with well-founded arguments due to their quality, transparency, and substantiation.
Telephone contact with the court registry reveals that the notice of appeal has been received in seven copies and is being administratively filed. On Monday, September 22, 2025, 12 additional copies of the petition were delivered to the court registry, so that the court now has 19 copies, as prescribed by the court’s regulations.
The Court, and thus the State of the Netherlands and (the lawyers for) the respondents, have thus obtained very convincing evidence that a planned genocide is being carried out without scruples as a project (Covid-19: The Great Reset). In the view of the applicants, this serious crime is being committed against the group of people who place their trust in what is being touted as a vaccine, but is indistinguishable from a bioweapon, to be destroyed in whole or in part.
These are the current developments regarding the appeal procedure.
Substantive proceedings – C/17/190788 23/172
In the main proceedings, which are being conducted on behalf of seven plaintiffs, one of whom died as a result of the Covid-19 injections, a decision on the case is expected from the District Court of Noord-Nederland on October 1, 2025. This decision will determine the court’s decision on the further course of the proceedings. As usual, there will be no public hearing in the presence of the parties, the public, or the press. The court is expected to rule on the plaintiffs’ increase in their claim, which essentially means that the declaratory judgment they are seeking will extend until the final judgment is rendered. This is in light of the fact that the Covid-19: The Great Reset project, in which the Covid-19 injections are of great importance, is being rigorously pursued.

In Netherlands Bioweapon and Genocide Court Case Against Bill Gates, Albert Bourla, et al, Court Denies Potential Expert Witness Testimony

ER Editor: An update on the Dutch case against Gates, Bourla, members of the Dutch govt, &etc, brought by vaccine-damaged plaintiffs. See our previous coverage HERE. Notice the amazing list of expert witnesses in this case. Of course one of the legal ploys would be to stop this testimony, as Dr. Joseph Sansone, one of the expert witnesses, explains below.
Given the scope and scale of the charges in this case, it’s as if this case is meant to function in a similar way to the seminal work that Reiner Fuellmich did way back. To put it another way: many groups of vaccine plaintiffs could have banded together in a variety of countries and come up with a case making such blockbuster, far-reaching claims by now. Instead, this is the one-shot against these people, produced in the Netherlands, a key cabal stronghold.

In Netherlands Bioweapon and Genocide Court Case Against Bill Gates, Albert Bourla, et al, Court Denies Potential Expert Witness Testimony
Case Asserts MRNA Bioweapons and Genocide
A Netherlands Court just denied potential expert witness testimony in a civil case against Bill Gates, Albert Bourla, and others. The case on behalf of several victims asserts that COVID/MRNA injections are bioweapons in violation of existing law and that genocide laws have been violated as well.

The potential expert witnesses in the case were: Catherine Austin Fitts,Dr. Michael Yeadon, Sasha Latypova, Katherine Watt, and Dr. Joseph Sansone.
I had arranged for Dr. Francis Boyle, the law professor that drafted the Biological Weapons and Antiterrorism Act of 1989 to testify. Unfortunately, he died on Jan 30th, 2025. Dr. Boyle’s affidavit in my case states that mRNA injections are bioweapons. As far as I know, outside of myself and the attorneys, nobody knew Dr. Boyle was set to testify in the Netherlands case at the time.
The case is moving forward. The decision denying the expert witnesses will be appealed. Lead Attorney in the case, Peter Stassen, stated, “This blundering ruling by this court of first instance will be appealed to the Court of Appeal in Leeuwarden.”.
Stassen also stated, “further evidence will be introduced in the substantive proceedings in the foreseeable future. This evidence Page 3 van 3 20 August 2025 makes it abundantly clear that the Covid-19 mRNA injections qualify as a bioweapon used to commit genocide.”
