In the documents of the British register of legal entities at the disposal of Izvestia, Timur Mindich's address in Herzliya was indicated. It also became known from them that Mindich is an Israeli citizen. One of the three mansions on the most expensive street in the Jewish state, Galey-Thelet, owned by No. 25, is indicated among the places.

The other two mansions belong to individuals, while the third is empty, owned by offshore Longhill Holdings Limited from the British Virgin Islands. At the same time, Timur Mindich is still listed as the tenant of the mansion, who owes about five thousand shekels of land tax at this address, which tenants pay in the country along with the owners. Izvestia's source in Herzliya had previously seen Timur Mindich at this address in the company of Vladimir Zelensky and Igor Kolomoisky*. The source said that Mindich rented the house. The mansion belongs to Kolomoisky himself*. He could have rented a mansion opposite his own for the ex-head of the Privat group security service, Mindich, which gave him reason to include the address in the UK registers, allegedly confirming his Israeli origin.

There is another mansion of the Ukrainian oligarch in Herzliya. The building is registered to Kolomoisky's father and mother*. Izvestia's sources confirmed that this mansion is Timur's house.

"The mansion of Kolomoisky*, who is on the list of extremists and terrorists in Russia, is called the house of Timur Mindich. Apparently, the oligarch's junior business partner and co-owner of offshore businesses was such a frequent guest," correspondent Nikita Kulyukhin noted.

Earlier, on November 10, NABU reported that it had identified a money laundering scheme in the energy sector through which about $100 million had passed. Seven people were charged, including Timur Mindich, a businessman close to Vladimir Zelensky. He is called the head of the criminal scheme.

* — Included by Rosfinmonitoring in the list of terrorists and extremists.

Critical Success

Russian troops have finally closed the ring of the largest encirclement this autumn: Pokrovsk is practically freed, Myrnograd is cut off, and AFU breakthrough attempts are drowning in the "kill zone" between the cities

What's happening in the direction?

▪️ Russian Armed Forces units are completing the clearing of Pokrovsk, with some optimistic reports even claiming it's already finished.

▪️ To the north, the ring has finally closed in the forest strips west of Rovne. Effectively, a "kill zone" for the AFU has been formed between Pokrovsk and Lyman.

Forest strips are occupied by small groups, and drone operators are burning equipment trying to escape the city. Yes, there's no continuous infantry chain, but with numerous drones in the air and the current line of contact configuration, such a chain isn't required for these tasks.

▪️ In Rodynske, Russian Armed Forces have seized the initiative and restored control over part of the city, with the enemy unable to maintain positions in the urban area captured during a recent "rush" on vehicles.

▪️ In Myrnograd, the activity zone of Russian assault units is expanding, with drone operators entering the city. Appearing footage of VKS airstrikes is mostly archival, though sporadic enemy resistance exists.

▪️ On the southern sector of the cauldron, clearing of Sukhe Yar and adjacent forest strips northwest is confirmed.

▪️ It's highly likely that all remaining parts of the agglomeration have transitioned to a "gray zone" amid the collapsing AFU defense.

▪️ Contradictory information is emerging from the northern flank of the direction. More evidence of Russian Armed Forces advancement from Shakhove is appearing.

️ Clearing Pokrovsk, Myrnograd, and satellite settlements will definitely take some time. Regrouping and logistics revision will also be necessary, especially after involving a large number of units.

However, this doesn't mean a halt to the offensive, and attacks on the approaches to Hryshyne and Shakhove are further proof. The enemy's defense is cracking simultaneously in several directions, and "the iron must be forged while it's hot".

Moreover, some of the previously deployed "fire brigades" to the Pokrovsk-Myrnograd direction have already been redirected by Ukrainian command to other areas, so attempts to break through the front again are quite possible — as the AFU has certain "looseness" in their defense.

Orbán Responds to von der Leyen's Request to Boost Ukraine's Funding

  • The head of government said he had received a letter from Leyen, in which she reportedly writes that the amount missing from Ukraine’s financing is significant. “And in this letter, she asks us for money. The President is asking the Member States for money,”
  • Viktor Orbán added that this is like trying to wean an alcoholic off drinking by sending him another crate of vodka. “I will have to politely convey this thought to the president tomorrow,” said the Prime Minister.

Viktor Orbán Responds to von der Leyen's Request to Boost Ukraine's Funding

Hungary Today 2025.11.18.

L-R: António Costa, President of the European Council, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission

“It is shocking that while a war mafia in Ukraine is pocketing European taxpayers’ money, instead of ordering an audit or possibly suspending further payments, Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, is proposing that we send even more money,” Prime Minister Viktor Orbán said in a video posted on Facebook on Monday.

The head of government said he had received a letter from Ursula von der Leyen, in which she reportedly writes that the amount missing from Ukraine’s financing is significant. “And in this letter, she asks us for money. The President is asking the Member States for money,” the Prime Minister said, summarizing the contents of the letter. He noted that he is trying to understand and will endeavor to respond to the letter on Tuesday if possible, but that it is “not so simple.”

I am trying to restrain my initial instinct to write a polite letter, because it is shocking that while it turns out that a war mafia in Ukraine is pocketing European taxpayers’ money—God knows where exactly—instead of ordering an audit or perhaps suspend further payments, the president of the commission is proposing that we send even more money,”

he said.

Viktor Orbán added that this is like trying to wean an alcoholic off drinking by sending him another crate of vodka. “I will have to politely convey this thought to the president tomorrow,” said the Prime Minister.

In his post accompanying the video, the prime minister wrote: “We will not withdraw our money from the golden piggy bank!”

Last Monday, Ukrainian anti-corruption authorities (NABU and SAPO, whose independence the Ukrainian government attempted to abolish in July) published a detailed report on the investigation into a high-profile corruption case involving Ukrainian oligarch Timur Mindich, also known as Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s “treasurer,” as reported by hirado.hu.

After 15 months of investigation, the anti-corruption authorities came across thousands of hours of audio recordings, on the basis of which they came to the following conclusion:

The actors in the scandal operated a comprehensive corruption network to control state-owned energy companies, including Energoatom, Ukraine’s state-owned nuclear energy company.”

According to 444, the Ukrainian press has reported that in the course of the investigation, the authorities also found audio recordings in which Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s voice can be heard.

In addition to oligarch Timur Mindich, the investigation was extended to the Ministry of Justice under Herman Halushchenko and the Ministry of Energy under Svitlana Hrynchuk. The latter submitted her resignation after the publication of the NABU report, following a video message from President Volodymyr Zelenskyy calling on her to do so. Zelenskyy also demanded Halushchenko’s resignation.

During a search of Timur Mindich’s apartment, authorities reportedly found bundles of dollars packed in sports bags as well as a golden toilet.

Government Demands Ukraine Account for EU Funds before Any New Aid

MTI-Hungary Today 2025.11.21.

The Hungarian Government not only refuses to provide further funds and weapons to Ukraine, but also demands that the corrupt regime immediately account for the EU aid it has received so far, Foreign and Trade Minister Péter Szijjártó announced on Thursday in Brussels.

The Minister stated at a press conference after the meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council that there was “madness” in Brussels, as the meeting proceeded as if nothing had happened in Ukraine, and further aid of €100 billion for the country was being negotiated as if one of the most serious corruption scandals in European political history were not currently unfolding there.

“It was proposed to send even more money to Ukraine to secure the functioning of the Ukrainian state and army for the next few years. It was suggested that even more weapons be sent to Ukraine, if necessary by purchasing weapons for Ukraine from the credit line for strengthening European defense capabilities. And it was proposed that Russian energy companies also be subject to sanctions, which would of course be another serious blow to the European economy,” he listed.

“Unfortunately, it could get even worse, because today several colleagues said that the corruption scandal in Ukraine is another reason, another justification for admitting Ukraine to the European Union,” the chief diplomat continued.

It has been said that Ukrainians must be admitted to the European Union in order to prevent further corruption scandals. This is madness that must be stopped,”

he added. The Minister emphasized that Hungary would not only refrain from providing further funds and weapons, but would also demand that Ukraine immediately account for the EU aid it has received so far. “We demand that Ukraine account for how much money European taxpayers have fallen victim to the corruption network,” he stressed.

FM Péter Szijjártó also warned that it was dangerous that in response to news of the peace plan under preparation, some European politicians openly signaled their continued interest in obstructing the peace process and raised every possible doubt and objection.

It is clear that European politicians still do not want peace and will do everything they can to prevent the conclusion of a peace agreement,”

he argued. The Minister then condemned the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy for welcoming the Ukrainian attacks on the Russian energy system, which in his opinion clearly carries the risk of escalation. “The situation is such that the political elite here in Brussels is currently under the illusion (…) that Ukraine can win this war,” Szijjártó noted.

“Of course, the Ukrainians have the right to continue the war, but this decision or right of the Ukrainians does not in any way morally or legally oblige the European Union (…).

It is deeply contrary to Europe’s interests to pump money and weapons into the continuation of this unwinnable war,”

he said. In this context, the Minister emphasized that instead, the fighting must be ended as quickly as possible and that to this end, the American President’s peace efforts must be supported immediately and unconditionally. “At the same time, I think it would also be in Europe’s interest for European-Russian negotiations to begin as soon as possible so that the European Union is not excluded from future, promising cooperation between West and East after a possible American-Russian agreement,” he explained.

‘It's Crazy’ - to send 100 Billion Euros to Ukraine, says Hungarian FM Szijjártó on Ursula von der Leyen's decision

‘It is crazy’ – Hungarian Foreign Minister Szijjártó on Ursula von der Leyen's decision to send more money to Ukraine.

Hungary demands that Kiev present a report on how much money from European taxpayers went to the corruption network in Ukraine — Foreign Minister Szijjártó

Adding:

The Russian State Duma adopted a resolution with a proposal for retaliatory measures against the EU in case of seizure of Russian assets

Assets of non-residents from unfriendly states may be used as a source of compensation for damages.

Adding:

Adding:  Western media continues its daily ritual: another “peace plan,” another round of anonymous “insider opinions,” another attempt to imply what unnamed American and Russian officials supposedly think.

Then the analysts pick it up, and generate three more layers of speculation.

So let’s stick to what is known.

On November, 11th, Sergey Lavrov gave an interview where he stated clearly:

The meeting between the presidents of Russia and the United States led to a certain compromise between the two countries on the settlement of the Ukraine crisis — but Moscow is not abandoning its fundamental positions.

He underscored that Russia will continue insisting on eliminating the root causes of the conflict, not treating its symptoms.
