Ouellet had been convicted by the International Common Law Court of Justice in Brussels (ICLCJ) of participating in child sacrifice and pedophilia rites at the San Lorenzo church in Rome and Marie Reine du Monde Cathedral in Montreal in 2014 and 2015.

Archbishop Roussin resigned his position suddenly in January, 2009 due to a “nervous breakdown”, according to the Vancouver Archdiocese.
Referring to the Archbishop, the witness stated,
“At the last meeting I attended before he retired, that was in the spring of 2008, his Excellency was very worried about the protests at the Cathedral by the Indians and Kevin Annett’s group. He was afraid that all the reporters covering these protests would discover the Twelve Mile Club and all the children who had gone missing. It all became too much for him.”
In December 2018, two members of the Twelve Mile Club on Vancouver Island, United Church ministers Foster Freed and Phil Spencer, issued a "Cease and Desist" order against ITCCS Field Secretary Kevin Annett. The attempted gag order came in response to Annett's efforts to convene a West Coast Common Law Court investigation into the Twelve Mile Club.
An indication of the imminent fall of Bergoglio was his recent failed attempt to gather support for himself among Catholic Bishops around the world according to a ITCCS press release. His order to all of the Bishops to meet at a special conclave in Rome in early January was ignored by over half of them, the boycott being especially prominent in America. "No pontiff has ever faced such open rejection by his own clergy" said the Vatican source. "Many of the Bishops know his days are numbered."
Twelve Mile High Club’s Freed and Spencer were instrumental in the original firing and blacklisting of ITCCS’s Kevin Annett from the United Church between 1995 and 1997, and in the destruction of evidence concerning the ritual murder of aboriginal children at their church's Alberni Indian residential school.

Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby were found guilty of rape, torture, murder and trafficking of children.
Since last March over 48 eyewitnesses have come forward to testify before this ICLCJ Court about the defendants’ activities as members of the Ninth Circle Satanic Child Sacrifice Cult.
The Ninth Circle Satanic Cult was said to do child sacrifices at Roman Catholic cathedrals in Montreal, New York, Rome, Scotland, London, Carnarvon Castle in Wales, an undisclosed French Chateau in Holland and at Canadian Catholic and Anglican Indian residential schools in Kamloops, British Columbia and Brantford, Ontario Canada.
The Ninth Circle Satanic Child Sacrifice Cult was believed to use privately owned forest groves in the US, Canada, France and Holland for their “Human Hunting Parties” for global elites including members of European royal families.
Teens were said to be obtained by the mafia, then stripped naked, raped, hunted down and killed. The Chief Prosecutor stated. “The Catholic Church is the world’s largest corporation and appears to be in collusion with the mafia, governments, police and courts worldwide.”
Two
adolescent women told the ICLCJ Court that Pope Francis raped them
while participating in child sacrifices. Eight other eyewitnesses
confirmed their allegations of being witness to rape and child
sacrifices.
The Ninth Circle Satanic Cult were said to take place during the Springs of 2009 and 2010 in rural Holland and Belgium.
Pope Francis was also found to be a perpetrator in satanic child sacrifice rites while acting as an Argentine priest and Bishop according to a sealed document obtained from the Vatican archives.

These acts are not only genocidal but systemic and institutionalized in nature. Since at least 1773, they appear to have been performed by the Roman Catholic Church, Jesuits and every Pope.”
An ongoing and permanent inquiry was organized to investigate and prosecute others involved in possible crimes uncovered at the ICLCJ Court. judges, politicians and businessmen of the US, Belgium, Holland, Canada, Australia, France, Ireland and the UK.
Arrest warrants on People v. Bergoglio et all were issued on July 19 2014.
Court records would remain sealed for now according to yesterday’s ITCCS press release. The first ICLCJ Court regarded 50,000 missing Canadian native children. The court ended in Feb. 2013 guilty verdicts for 40 global elites including Queen Elizabeth.

sites have been identified at some of those 80 native
residential schools across Canada. Since 2008 Queen Elizabeth and the
Canadian Government have continuously refused ITCCS’s requests
for excavation.

of a west coast sacrificial cult involving the ritual rape and murder

abducted and tortured children are taken outside Canada’s twelve
mile territorial limit and their bodies are disposed of in the

clergy as being members of the Club, including former Chief Justice

national United Church officials Brian Thorpe and Jon Jessiman.

a francophone too, Archbishop Roussin was close friends with (Ninth
Circle member) Archbishop Gerald Lacroix. They wrote a book together,
they paired up during voting at the CCCB (Canadian Conference of
Catholic Bishops). You don’t get to become an Archbishop unless you
know how to keep each other’s secrets. How much more of a
connection do they need?”
