RUSSIA GETS HOLD OF DOCUMENTS CONCERNING US BIOLOGICAL LABORATORIES IN UKRAINE
Russia’s military operation against Ukraine continues, and new testimonies from civilians confirm that Ukrainian neo-Nazis are preventing residents from fleeing encircled cities, Moscow has uncovered documents about US biological laboratories in the country that raise questions about what is really going on there.
Confirming previous testimonies, civilians who have managed to flee Mariupol have stated that Ukrainian neo-Nazis not only prevent people from using the humanitarian corridors set up by Russia and the DPR people’s militia, but even shoot them in the back (!!!) when they try to leave via these corridors.

In Mariupol, fighting continues, with the DPR people’s militia advancing into the eastern districts of the city. DPR People’s Militia soldiers are evacuating civilians as they advance, as one civilian told Patrick Lancaster (video).
The DPR People’s Militia also launched a second frontline breakthrough towards Dokuchayevsk, taking control of the villages of Signalnoye, Novotroitskoye, Olginka and Taramchuk, in addition to the village of Berezovoye, which was the first to be liberated in this offensive.*
All that remains is to take two villages to completely encircle Volnovakha, part of which is already under DPR control. The popular militia continues to eliminate the neo-Nazis entrenched in Volnovakha, recovering in the process their chevrons and insignia, each more edifying than the last (chevron of the Nachtigall battalion, which massacred Jews during the Lvov pogrom in 1941, and which then became the 201st Schutzmannschaft battalion, chevron of the SS Galicia division, an insignia indicating that the nickname of the soldier who wore it was “Fascist”, black sun, etc.)
Closer to the border with Zaporozhie oblast, the DPR also took control of the village of Zachatovka, whose railway station was used to send supplies to the Ukrainian army.
At the same time, Russia got its hands on documents from the Ukrainian Ministry of Health concerning the US biological laboratories in Ukraine, which we wrote about in a 2020 article.
These documents concern the procedure for destroying the strains studied in these biological laboratories in Ukraine, following the launch of the Russian military operation. One of the documents indicates that on 25 February 2022, the day after the launch of the Russian military operation, the following strains were completely destroyed in a laboratory in Kharkov
– Candida albicans (a fungus that causes candidiasis)
– Escherichia coli (bacteria that can cause ulcers, urinary tract infections and even prostatitis)
– Serratia marcescens (a bacterium that can cause urinary tract infections and bloodstream infections)
– Shigella sonnei and Shigella flexneri (bacteria that cause shigellosis, an intestinal infection)
– Salmonella Typhimurium (causes intestinal infections)
– Proteus vulgaris
– Enterobacter aerogenes (hospital-acquired infections)
– Staphylococcus aureus (Staphylococcus aureus, which can cause food poisoning, as well as local or generalized infections up to and including sepsis)
– Pseudomonas aeruginosa (highly antibiotic-resistant bacteria that cause hospital-acquired infections)
– Proteus mirabilis (urinary tract and skin infections)
– Klebsiella pneumonia (pneumonia and urinary tract infections, but a virulent strain from Asia can infect the central nervous system and has a high mortality rate)
– Corynebacterium pseudodiphtheriticum (dangerous if immune system is depressed)
– Corynebacterium xerosis
– Corynebacterium diphtheriae (causes diphtheria)
– Bacillus liheniformis
– Bacillus stearothermophilus
These strains are – normally – not particularly dangerous (there is a vaccine against diphtheria), so it is not clear why a total destruction of the strains is necessary. Unless this laboratory was working on making these bacteria something other than harmless pathogens, or these names were code names for other pathogens.
For its part, the Russian Ministry of Defense indicated that while the Kharkov and Poltava laboratories were studying diphtheria, salmonellosis and dysentery, in the Lvov laboratory, plague, anthrax and brucellosis would be studied (which is of a completely different level of danger). According to information from the Russian Ministry of Defense, 232 boxes containing the pathogen of leptospirosis, 30 of tularemia, 10 of brucellosis and five of plague have been destroyed in Lvov. And there are 30 such biological laboratories in Ukraine, financed and supervised by the Americans (with a budget of over 200 million dollars).
Igor Kirillov, the head of the Russian CBRN (Nuclear, Radiological, Biological and Chemical) protection troops, stressed in his press briefing the concordance between the launch of these American biological laboratories in Ukraine since 2014, and the uncontrollable increase in the incidence of infections such as measles (multiplied by more than 100), rubella, diphtheria, and tuberculosis. He also stated that the WHO considers Ukraine to be a country at high risk of a polio outbreak.
These US biological laboratories in Ukraine work on three different projects:
– Some monitor the biological situation in areas where military contingents of NATO bloc states are deployed.
– Others collect and export strains of dangerous micro-organisms to the US.
– And the last one is researching region-specific pathogens that can be turned into biological weapons, have natural foci and can be transmitted to humans.
Kirillov gave as an example the fact that since 2021, the Pentagon has launched a project entitled “Diagnosis, monitoring and prevention of zoonotic diseases in the Ukrainian armed forces” with funding of US$ 11.8 million. In 2020-2021, the German Ministry of Defense carried out studies on Crimean-Congo haemorrhagic fever, leptospirosis, meningitis, and hantaviruses in Ukraine as part of the Ukrainian-German initiative on ensuring biosecurity at the EU’s external borders.
In addition, under the pretext of testing means of treatment and prevention of COVID-19, several thousand serum samples of patients, mainly of Slavic ethnic origin, were taken in Ukraine and sent to the Walter Reed Research Institute of the US Army.
However, in 2017 a scandal broke in Russia when it was discovered that a company working for the US military was collecting biological samples and RNA from Russians, raising fears that they would be used to develop ethnically targeted biological weapons. Since Ukrainians are genetically very similar to Russians, there are serious questions about the real purpose of all these samples.
For Kirillov, the haste with which Ukraine launched the destruction of all the pathogen strains in these American biological laboratories could indicate that they were working on strengthening the pathogenic properties of the microbes there, which is a violation of the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention. This would also explain why the US has set up these laboratories in Ukraine, instead of conducting such research on its own territory: to avoid being held accountable for what happens there!
And the ultimate proof that these US biological laboratories in Ukraine are hiding something was provided by Victoria Nuland, the US Secretary of State, herself during a Senate hearing!

“Ukraine has biological research facilities that we fear Russian troops and forces may seek to take control of. So we are working with the Ukrainians on how they can prevent these research materials from falling into the hands of Russian forces if they approach them,” said Ms Nuland.
Why destroy everything if it is about studying harmless bacteria, or diseases like diphtheria for which there is a vaccine? Why be so afraid of Russia getting its hands on these laboratories, if not because there are things to hide about what they were really doing?
Following these revelations, China demanded that the US publish data on the purposes of the research it conducts in the 336 biological laboratories it runs around the world, in 30 different countries.
The fact that the US is conducting research on very dangerous pathogens near Russia is clearly a threat to Russia. Especially when you consider how far some people are prepared to go in Ukraine to stir up hysteria.
For example, a message posted on Telegram, by what appears to be the Ukrainian Psychological and Information Operations Centres, announces that “Russian armed forces must withdraw [from Kharkov], or else the suicidal fanatics in Azov will blow up an experimental nuclear reactor.”
As Rybar pointed out, to do so would require the Azov neo-Nazis to break into the reactor, which would literally be suicide, and blowing it up in home-made mode is science fiction. The aim seems to be more to stir up Russophobia and panic in the population of Kharkov than anything else.
But with such statements, Azov can now be easily assimilated to the worst terrorist groups. Because threatening a nuclear terrorist attack under the pretext of protection against Russian aggression is beyond excusable.
While blowing up this experimental reactor seems complicated, Ukrainian neo-Nazis have fewer problems organizing a chemical weapons provocation. Thus, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that on the night of 9 March, Ukrainian neo-Nazis delivered about 80 tonnes of ammonia to the village of Zolotev, northwest of Kharkov. According to the residents who left Zolotev, the neo-Nazis are teaching them how to deal with a chemical attack. All this shows that Ukrainian neo-Nazis are preparing a provocation using toxic substances to accuse Russia of allegedly using chemical weapons.
And since it seems that all the crazies are out in Ukraine, it should be pointed out that Zelensky had the members of the Tornado Battalion who were in prison for kidnapping, torturing, raping, and murdering not only adults, but also children (a fact claimed by their leader Ruslan Onishchenko), released to fight for Kiev again!!!
One of these lunatics who is at large, Daniil Liachouk, said, and I quote: “Without torture, life would not be life. There is nothing like the thrill of holding someone’s life in your hands.
I think that this statement speaks for itself and says a lot about the kind of crazy people that Zelensky releases in the streets and gives weapons to! So it’s not surprising that civilians are being killed all over the place by who knows who, and the whole thing is very easily blamed on the Russians.
This is the waltz of fakes and provocations at all levels in Ukraine. For example, Zelensky’s post on the Russian strike against the Mariupol maternity hospital, in which he claims that children, their mothers and doctors were under the rubble, is a huge fake. The maternity hospital has not been operational since the beginning of Russia’s military operation in Ukraine. Doctors and patients have been driven out of the hospital by fighters of the Nationalist Azov Battalion who have set up firing positions there!!!
On 8 March, in an interview with Lenta, the son of one of the maternity hospital employees said that “in the last days of February, people in uniform came to the maternity hospital where my mother works”. “The military dispersed the hospital staff and set up firing posts in the building,” he added.
His words are confirmed by the images of the interior of the maternity hospital published by Ukrainian Telegram channels after the bombing. You can see the destroyed furniture and broken glass, but there are no dead bodies. If there had been women and children inside, the bloody images would surely have been broadcast around the world by now.
Azov fighters have set up firing positions in schools and maternity wards, as well as on the roofs of residential buildings, and all this has been recorded in actively circulating photos and videos.
These methods, as well as the use of civilians as human shields, are the same as those of the terrorists in Syria! Moreover, of the 10 humanitarian corridors proposed by Russia for 9 March, Ukraine has accepted only three, and it has not prepared the convoys, nor informed both Ukrainian and foreign citizens of the existence of these corridors.
As a result, Ukrainian neo-Nazis continue to hold more than 4.5 million Ukrainian civilians hostage, and nearly 2,000 foreigners who want to evacuate the encircled cities. For its part, Russia has evacuated more than 179,000 civilians, including more than 45,000 children, without Ukrainian participation since the start of the special military operation, and has received requests to evacuate more than 2 million people from 2,000 locations in Ukraine.
